Gridplane slice benchmark

gridplane slice extraction benchmark.

Evaluates the average time to extract a gridplane slice on different types of mesh.

This program performs several grid extractions on hexahedron and tetrahedron meshes varying the dimensions.

The report of this bench can be output on a file adding the '-f' argument with an optional filename.
