regular logical slice extraction benchmark.

Evaluates the time to extract three logical slices from a regular mesh.

This program performs three logical slice extractions and indicates the computation time.

Modifying NUM_CELL_I, NUM_CELL_J and NUM_CELL_K variables will enlarge/reduce the input mesh size.
