hexahedronIjk logical slice extraction benchmark.

Compares the time to extract three logical slices from a hexahedronIjk mesh.

This program performs three logical slice extractions from a hexahedronIjk mesh. It then indicates the computation time for both.

Modifying NUM_CELL_I, NUM_CELL_J and NUM_CELL_K variables will enlarge/reduce the input mesh size.
