Probing benchmark

probing benchmark.

Evaluates the average time to probe different types of mesh.

This program performs intensive probing on hexahedron and tetrahedron meshes. On each run, the dimension of the mesh varies as well as the inner octree parameters.

The report of this bench can be output on a file adding the '-f' argument with an optional filename.
