Elevated plane slice example.

Demonstrates how to visualize an extrusion of a plane slice on a volume mesh.

This program displays the skin of a cube made of hexahedrons and an elvated plane slice applied on it. A color data set is mapped on both representations.

The elevated plane slice can be manipulated in 3D using the associated dragger.
