ImageViz workflow definition from an iv file

Workflow from file This example demonstrates how to define an ImageViz workflow in an Open Inventor iv file, which is then directly loadable from a viewer or IvTuneViewer without the need for a code compilation.

This example uses the same workflow demonstrated in the ImageViz's StandardWorkflow demo.
