MeshViz Generic rectilinear volume geometry.

This interface is used by MiVolumeMeshRectilinear to access the geometry describing a rectilinear volume mesh.

Returns the i-th coordinate along the X axis.

Implemented in MbVolumeGeometryRectilinear< _T >, MyVolumeGeometryRectilinear, and MbVolumeGeometryRectilinear< _CoordT >.

virtual double MiVolumeGeometryRectilinear::getY ( size_t  j  )  const [pure virtual]

Returns the j-th coordinate along the Y axis.

Implemented in MbVolumeGeometryRectilinear< _T >, MyVolumeGeometryRectilinear, and MbVolumeGeometryRectilinear< _CoordT >.
