Detailed Description

ImageViz SoMaskedStatisticsQuantification engine advanced basic statistics of an image within a mask.

For an introduction, see section Analysis.

This module gives the same results as the SoIntensityStatisticsQuantification engine but using only pixels/voxels under the mask image.

Member Data Documentation

Select the compute Mode (2D or 3D or AUTO) Use enum ComputeMode.

Default is MODE_AUTO

The input image.

Default value is NULL. Supported types include: grayscale binary label color image.

The input binary mask image.

Default value is NULL. Supported types include: binary color image.

The output measure result.

Default value is NULL.
