ImageViz SoOpeningDiskProcessing3d engine

The SoOpeningDiskProcessing3d engine performs a 3D opening using a structuring element matching with a disc.

This engine performs a 3D opening of an image using a structuring element matching with an oriented disc.

Opening direction is given by ($\phi$, $\theta$) with the following formula:

$V=\left[\begin{array}{c} v_x\\ v_y\\ v_z\end{array}\right] = \left[\begin{array}{c} \sin(\phi)\cos(\theta)\\ \sin(\phi)\sin(\theta)\\ \cos(\phi)\end{array}\right]$

The half size of the structuring element.

A structuring element always has an odd side length (3x3, 5x5, etc) which is defined by 2 * elementSize + 1. Default value is 3.

The input grayscale image.

Default value is NULL. Supported types include: grayscale binary label image.

The output image.

Default value is NULL. Supported types include: grayscale binary label color image.

The angle of orientation around projected OY axis in degrees (not radians).

Default value is 0.0f.

The angle of orientation around OZ axis in degrees (not radians).

Default value is 0.0f.
