MeshViz Cell extractor for line meshes

Extracts a list of cells from the input line mesh and builds a line mesh containing the extracted cells.

Create unstructured line meshes from the lines of the cells in the entire line mesh.

Cells are scaled according to the given factor.
Shrinking: factor < 1
Expanding: factor > 1
