Demonstration of ColorWash using Intensity and Anisotropy.
A shader is used to merge the two data sets. The Diffusion Tensor Imaging Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and the Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) are relatively new imaging techniques which are designed to identify and visualize structures such as fiber tracts, tumors, or stroke areas in living tissues that are invisible to other image techniques.
It is possible to change the slices number by using the bottom right slider and change the rendering type by using the bottom left combo box :

Anisotropy:
Combined:
IntensityAnisotropy_sliceFrag.glsl is in charge of this combination.
